Who we are
This site is operated by Eudaimonic Enterprises, LLC, Odessa, Florida (“Eudaimonic Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Using the site
The content on this site is general information about our program, not professional advice for your specific situation. Please do not misuse the site, including by sending spam through its forms or trying to disrupt it.
Our services and guarantee
Our program, its price and its guarantee are provided under a separate written agreement. The guarantee described on this site is a summary; its exact conditions are the ones in that agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Booking a call does not create an agreement or any obligation for either of us.
Text messaging terms
- What you will receive. When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Eudaimonic Enterprises texts you about your application, the call you booked, and work we are doing for you.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies, up to 3 messages a day.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm by text, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email kevin@eudaimonicenterprises.org.
- Consent. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The site's text, images and videos belong to us. Please do not copy or republish them.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
