Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026. This policy explains what information Eudaimonic Enterprises collects through this site, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This site is operated by Eudaimonic Enterprises, LLC, Odessa, Florida (“Eudaimonic Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers this site, the application form on it, the calls you book through it, and the emails and text messages we send you about them.

Information we collect

• What you tell us. Your name, email address, phone number, business details and your answers to the application questions.
• Bookings. The time you choose for a call and your answers to the booking questions.
• Text messages. Your mobile number, the messages between us, and a record of your consent to receive texts, including the wording you agreed to and when.
• Visit and ad data. The page you arrived on, ad campaign tags in the link (such as UTM parameters and Facebook's click ID), your time zone, IP address and browser type. The Meta Pixel and cookies described below collect some of this.

How we use information

We use your information to review your application, schedule your call and remind you about it, follow up with you, deliver the services you engage us for, measure which ads bring applications, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. This site uses the Meta Pixel, and our systems send Meta a matching record through its Conversions API when you apply or book a call. These tell Meta which ads led to an application or booking, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta may use cookies, your IP address and browser details, and a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address or phone number to match those events to its users. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your application, the call you booked, and work we are doing for you. Message frequency varies, up to 3 messages a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:

• Cloudflare, for hosting this site.
• n8n, for processing applications and sending follow-ups.
• Twenty, our customer database.
• Calendly, for booking calls, and Zoom for holding them.
• Quo, for business phone calls and text messages.
• Resend, for sending email.
• Meta, for advertising measurement as described above.
• Google Fonts, for the site's typefaces. Your browser loads them from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information when you visit.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it to work with you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. If you opt out of texts, we stop texting you and keep only the record of your opt-out.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing kevin@eudaimonicenterprises.org. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

Children

Our services are for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
